I love this salon, they have been doing my hair for about 30 years now. I love the staff, they take the time to educate me about my hair and advise me as to what to do with it. The decor is really beautiful and the atmosphere is very pleasant. They are always concerned about the well being of the customer. I have never had a bad experience there that would make me not want to go back, they work quickly to rectify any issue that comes up. I get a lot of compliments on my hair and would highly recommended this salon. They offer many services so it serves as a one stop shop. Both of my daughters also get their hair done there and they love it

I have been going here for almost 2 years. They saved my hair! Another salon was damaging my hair to the point were it had gotten so unhealthy and thin. Marasol stopped me from using certain products, recommended a different regiment and I have thick , heathy hair again. Side bar- I teach swimming on the weekends and have relaxed hair. This place is great! You get what you pay for and the quality of hair care service and professionalism far exceeds any price! Worth every dollar! Even though I take Marasol 95% of the time, the staff on a whole is well trained and excellent!

I have been going to this salon for 7 years now, and they are always friendly and extremely professional. From day 1, I have always felt at home here. My hair isn't the most manageable and they make it look like I have walked straight out of a magazine every time I go. I would never go any where else. The stylists are always friendly and if my main hairdresser (Marisol) isn't there, then the other ladies are always glad to help me and they all do such a good job. The owner is extremely nice and runs a great business. My mother (who is extremely bougie) even loves the salon and is always saying such great things about the owner and the business he runs. I recommend it to all my friends and family. Trust me, you should definitely come here before going any where else!

I love Eddie Jrs! I have been traveling from the Northeast section of the Bronx every week to get my hair done at Eddie Jrs for over 11 years. Whether I'm getting my weekly wash and set, my eyebrows threaded or getting a fancy hairdo, the girls at Eddies never disappoint. My favorite is Carmen but if she is ever unavailable the other gals do a good job of stepping in and taking care of my needs as best they can. One thing I love about Eddies is that it is ALWAYS clean! The staff at Eddies do a fantastic job of keeping the salon extremely clean...once someone is finished getting a haircut, the floor is swept immediately...the mirrors are always spotless, it is just a lovely place to be. And the prices are very reasonable!

"Another busy, and great day at Eddie Jr's Hair Salon. I couldn't help but noticed the same faces every week. That's saying a lot. Something magical is happening at 1601 Madison Avenue, if you haven't already experience Eddie Jr's magical Hair Salon, you are missing out on the best Hair Salon Client Service ( speaking for myself) on Manhattan's upper East side. "My Shampoo girl was awesome, thorough yet gentle. She then directed me to the chair which I appreciated because most places I've been tell you to go over "there". Like hello where is there exactly? Anyway Carmen rolled and trimmed and styled my hair to perfection. I will definitely be back. Eddie was a sweetheart and he's a laid back owner and always smiling. I left feeling super satisfied and tipped Carmen and the shampoo girl well. They deserved every bit of it, I wish I had more."

"I love this place. I have been a customer for 8 years now. They work like corporate hair salons and have a specialist for color etc. When I have formal events I get everything done here hair, nails, waxing. They'll prep you for an event like a princess and they are very affordable. If you are picky they'll accommodate you. If you are not a big salon goer they'll educate you as well."

"I have been a loyal customer for over 15+ years and I have watched the salon grow and expand due to it's popularity. Eddie Jr's salons are always clean and comfortable and provide a one stop spot for all your beauty needs. His staff is always professional and courteous and I must mention the beyond reasonable prices for a variety of services (hair color, hair cuts, manicures, pedicures, facials, threading, waxing, etc). Because of the salon's budget conscience price list and great service, I visit the salon weekly. I continually receive compliments about my hair (both hair color and hair cuts) from family, friends, co-workers and total strangers who I proudly refer to the salon and instruct them to ask for my personal favorite stylists Marisol and Olga and you are at a spa when Bethanya washes your hair :-) When you visit, you will not be disappointed. "This salon has all the charm of an upscale salon with reasonable prices! Thank you so much for being a few blocks from my home! The stylist do excellent work and are always friendly.
